Accident with Confinement on 11/15

12/11/08  @0945, Squad 2 was alerted for a single vehicle mva on 11/15 Northbound just north of 322.  The Squad arrived to find a single vehicle up on the median wall with the driver still inside.  Crews broke out the chains and binders for the second time in a week, and secured the vehicle to a PennDot plow truck that was in the southbound lanes.  The driver was extricated and turned over to ems for evaluation.  Crews were out just under an hour.
